We will fix up your scratched/damaged/faulty PS1, PS2, PS3, PS4, Saturn, Dreamcast, Gamecube, Xbox, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Wii, Wii U or PC CD-ROM games using the same care and attention that we use to fix up the products that we sell.
For £1.50 per disc (plus return postage of £3.39 for any number of discs), we will do our level best to get your scratched or otherwise damaged discs back to playing at their best. If we can't get a failing game to work, we'll provide a refund. We can't really say fairer than that.
To order the service, please add the Disc Resurfacing Service to your cart, and then adjust the quantity to cover the amount of discs you wish us to work on. Note that there is a maximum limit of 50 discs per order.
Once you've placed your order, please securely package your discs that you wish to be resurfaced, and ship them (preferably using a tracked service) to:-

We will email to confirm receipt once we have received the discs. Depending on how many discs you send, turnaround will only be a couple of working days. Once processed, we will ship them back to you via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (and will, of course, provide the tracking number via email!)

Disc Resurfacing Notes
1) We are not responsible for your discs until they are in our possession.
2) All repairs are undertaken on a "best effort" basis. Discs may still contain surface marks or flaws after the repair process has been completed. We try to get discs as close to new as possible, but if we deem that a disc is as good as it is going to get or that further work could cause issues, we'll stop there.
3) The discs you send to us may be damaged and in need of repair, but please do pack them well to protect them during transit. We can repair scratches, but if a disc gets cracked in the post because you didn't protect it, there isn't anything we can do about that!
4) You do not need to include the original disc cases or packaging. All discs will be returned to the address you used during checkout, in individual cardboard sleeves designed to protect them during transit.
5) Blu-ray discs can only be worked on to a certain extent. We will do our absolute best to bring them up to - ahem - scratch, but be aware that there's only so much that can be done before the integrity of the data on the disc comes under threat. Chances are we can get the disc working, but it may still have visible marks due to these limitations.
6) If we can't get a disc back to a bootable state on original hardware, then we will refund the cost of that repair. We are not in a position to sit and play through the entirety of each game for hours at a time, so when testing, we consider "it boots to the menu/plays the intro movie without issues" as working. We also can't offer this guarantee on multi-disc games, since it would take many hours to play through a game to be able to test the fourth disc of a four-disc set! We will, of course, work on those discs with the same level of care and attention we would on any other, but we just can't test them.
7) The resurfacing process only deals with the playing surface of the disc. Marks on the centre ring of the disc or the top label will not be worked on.

9) If everybody else has told you that a disc is unsalvageable...well...we love a challenge. If a disc has laser burn, circular scratches, discolouration, or looks like somebody has attacked it with steel wool...throw it our way, and we'll see what we can do!
