Please note that customers outside of the UK may be liable for any accrued import taxes as judged by their local government.

We use eco-friendly recyclable cardboard/paper packaging as much as is possible. We don't use traditional plastic bubble wrap, instead choosing to use a combination of paper-based honeycomb wrap and recycled/recyclable void fill, which is equally as protective. Nearly 4,000 sales without ever having a complaint for an item being damaged in transit suggests that the process works.

Most of our items are wrapped and stored in protective film sleeves to protect against dust and moisture.

Gasp in awe at the magnificence of your purchase, then just drop the outer packaging (including the paper-based security tape) in with your recycling.

We know that you want your items to arrive in the condition they were sent, so you don't need to ask us to pack with care. We do it anyway, for every item, no matter the value.

Most items are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 with the next available daily postal collection. We use UPS for larger items. Please do not ask us to use other cut-price courier services, as we do very much like our items to actually arrive.
